At MaaiMekhala, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if found damaged.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, certain earrings may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
